通力KCE系统相关测试、故障及换板操作双语说明:
厅门和轿门旁路装置测试
Landing door & Car door bypass device test
1. 电梯运行至顶层,打开RDF机房检修, 测试开关拨至263,向下移动轿厢至可以上轿顶的位置
(Drive car to top floor,
switch on RDF & test switch 263, drive car downwards for carroof access)
2. 进入轿顶,拍急停,断开顶层厅门的安全回路插头P122,出轿顶,急停恢复, 返回机房,RDF机房检修应不能运行
(Go to car roof, disconnect the top landing door safety chain P122from the shaft bundle,go back to MR, car couldn’t run in RDF)
3. 打开FUI板上的厅门旁路开关,试验RDF机房检修和轿顶检修,电梯应可以运行同时有声光报警
(Go to machine room,
switch Landing Door Bypass on, test car running in RDF andinspection drive, alarm unit need to work)
4. 关闭厅门旁路开关,进入轿顶,拍急停,将顶层的安全回路插头P122接回
(Switch Landing Door Bypass off, go to car
roof and connect top landing door safety chain P122 back)

5. 在轿顶板KCECCG上断开轿门安全回路插头XS5,出轿顶,恢复急停, 返回机房,RDF检修应不能运行
(Disconnect the
car door safety chain XS5 off the KCECCG board, go out of thecar roof, go back to MR, RDF couldn’t run)
6. 返回机房,打开FUI板上的轿门旁路开关,试验RDF机房检修和轿顶检修,电梯应可以运行同时有声光报警
(Go to
machine room, switch Car Door Bypass on, test running by RDFand inspection drive, alarm unit need to work)
7.同时打开厅门和轿门旁路开关,试验RDF机房检修和轿顶检修,电梯应不能运行,报1181故障
(Switch both Landing
Door and Car Door Bypass on, car couldn’t run by RDF andinspection drive, error 1181 display)
8. 关闭厅门和轿门旁路开关,进入轿顶,拍急停,将轿门的安全回路插头XS5接回(Switch Landing Door and Car Door
Bypass off, go to car roof and connect car door safety chain XS5back)
称重装置测试
Loading device test

1. CPU菜单进入5_1,此时显示轿厢内的重量 L 0
(CPU menu
set 5_1, L 0 displays the actual load inside the car)
2. 一人进入轿厢,另一位看CPU上显示的重量数值是否和进入轿厢人的体重匹配
(One person goes inside the car, the other
verifies the displayed value on the CPU menu whether it isaccording to the person’s weight)
极限开关测试
Final limit switch test

1. 电梯运行至顶层,打开RDF机房检修,测试开关拨至263,轿厢检修上行,轿门地坎高出层门地坎大约60mm,此时DZS感应器处于上极限位置
(Drive car to top floor, switch on
RDF, set test switch to 263, drive car upwards until the car doorsill is 60mm higher than landing door sill. Now DZS is on top finallimit switch)
2. 电梯恢复正常模式,检查安全回路指示灯是亮的,说明此时安全回路是断开的,同时报故障代码1091
(Put elevator tonormal mode, check the Safety Chain Indicator should be on,error 1091 displays)
3. 下极限的测试方法类似
(Bottom final limit switch testing methodis similar )
轿厢意外移动测试-单边抱闸测试
UCMP test-Single brake test

1. 测试开关拨至263,空轿厢运行到顶层,机房打RDF检修

(Set test switch to 263, drive empty car to top floor, switch to RDFmode)

2. KCECPU菜单9 _ 21 参数设置成1,按压“运行”和“上行”至少10秒,抱闸1打开,抱闸2测试(Set 9_21 to 1 in CPU menu,
push RDF RUN and UP buttons for minimum 10 seconds, brake1 opened, brake 2 tested)
3. 故障代码d6022出现表示测试成功,d2083出现表示失败

(Fault code d6022: test passed; d2083: test failed)

4. KCECPU菜单9 _ 22 参数设置成1,按压“运行”和“上行”至少10秒,抱闸2打开,抱闸1测试
(Set 9_22 to 1 in CPU menu,
push RDF RUN and UP buttons for minimum 10 seconds, brake2 opened, brake 1 tested)
5. 故障代码d6021出现表示测试成功,d2083出现表示失败

(Fault code d6021: test passed; d2083: test failed)
轿厢意外移动测试-抱闸自监测
UCMP test- Brake self-monitoring
1. 打开机房RDF检修,CPU菜单 2_30参数设置为3,同时记录抱闸测试计数器4_3的数值(Switch on RDF, set 2_30 to 3,
also record the value in 4_3 firstly)
2. 机房检修RDF打正常,测试开关261
(Set RDF to normal and
test switch to 261)
3. 电梯停止运行并等待3-10分钟,直到出现故障代码d6023,同时检查CPU参数4_3的数值是增大了,测试成功
(stop using
elevator and wait 3 to 10 minutes until fault code d6023 shows up.Also need to check 4_3 value increased, test passed)
4. 打开机房RDF检修,CPU菜单2_30恢复成 4
(Switch on RDF,set 2_30 back to 4)
5. 电梯恢复正常
(Put elevator to normal)
轿厢意外移动测试-轿厢意外移动
UCMP test- Unintended car movement

1. 在次顶层设置护栏,放置警示标识,并派人看守,呼梯到
顶层,确认是空轿厢,呼梯至次顶层,测试开关拨到263
(Place safety fence in Top-1 floor, send person to monitor,
call elevator to top floor, make sure car is empty, call elevator toTop-1 floor, set test switch to 263)
2. 轿厢意外移动功能开关打开,按下“顶层呼楼”按钮呼梯,轿厢意外移动故障灯亮(Switch on the Unintended Movement TestSwitch,drive the car using “Top call” button, The Unintended
Movement Fault LED should turn on)
3. 关闭轿厢意外移动测试开关,测试开关复位,关闭主电源
开关重启电梯,确认轿厢意外移动故障灯依然亮,且显示L1035故障,电梯不能复位到正常模式
(Switch off the
Unintended Movement Test Switch, set Test Switch off, poweroff/on elevator, check the Unintended Movement Test Fault LEDis still on, fault code L1035 displayed,lift couldn’t turn to normal)

.测试开关拨到263,按下复位按钮恢复电梯
(Set test switch to
263, push Reset Button to recover lift to normal)轿厢意外移动测试-测量制停距离
UCMP test- Measure stopping distance

1. 打开机房RDF检修,CPU菜单 2_3参数设置电梯速度为
0.63m/s,电梯恢复正常
(Set elevator to RDF mode, CPU menu
2_3 change speed to 0.63, elevator changes to normal mode)
2. 电梯运行至底层,将PMT电梯舒适感测试仪器放在轿厢中,
开始记录,按下顶楼呼梯至顶层,当速度达到0.63时,拍下急停
(Call elevator to bottom floor, set PMT instrument inside
the car and start to monitor, call elevator to top floor, after speedreaches 0.63, push the STOP button)
3.
电梯恢复正常,取出仪器,下载数据,分析制停距离是否在型式试验报告的范围内(Set elevator to normal mode, take outthe instrument and download the data, check whether thestopping distance is within the range of the Type ExaminationReport )
4. 电梯速度恢复正常
(Change elevator speed back)
125%载荷制动试验
125% Load Brake Test
1. 电梯运行至低层,轿厢放入125%额定载荷得砝码
(Drive car
to bottom floor, put 125% rated load inside)
2. 按下KMI上的Boost按钮,运行电梯至顶层,测试开关拨至263,打开RDF检修,CPU菜单9_24设置成1
(Press Boost
button on KMI, call elevator to top floor, set Test Switch to 263,set to RDF mode, CPU menu 9_24 set to value 1)
3. 关闭RDF机房检修,按下KMI上的Boost按钮,运行电梯至底层,电梯会在井道中间位置制停轿厢
(Turn off RDF, press
Boost button in KMI, call elevator to bottom floor, the car will bebraking stop in the middle of the shaft)
Note:
Boost function allows one start with full torque. Boost功能允许一次满力矩的运行平衡系数测试
Balancing factor test

1. 打开CPU菜单默认界面,点击确认进入速度菜单,再确认进入井道中点菜单, 电梯运行时,1和0变化的时候是井道的中点
(Open default screen in CPU menu, press accept to go to
Speed menu, press accept again to go to shaft midpoint menu)
2. 轿厢内放入50%的砝码,使用钳形电流表记录电梯运行至
井道中点的电流值,比较上行和下行的电流值来确认平衡系数
(Put 50% rate load weight inside the car, using clamp
current meter to record the current when the elevator passes themiddle point. Compare the upwards and downwards current valueto check the balancing status)KCE电梯的故障排除案例(第三方)

TTS串行通信故障

TTS error

1. KCEMSC和KCECPU之前通信线换上一根有故障的线,TTS1线已经剪断
(Replace a broken TTS cable btn KCEMSC
and KCECPU, TTS1 cable has been cut off before)
2. 这时会报1004故障,且板子上的TTS1 error指示灯会亮
(1004 error will display, besides TTS1 error indicator on the boardwill light)

井道学习故障
Setup failed (Fault code 1106)
Note:
KCECPU SW>13.4,根据故障的子代码可以准确的判断出故障原因和节点
Based on the sub code from error code, detail fault reason could be identifiedeasily.
FCB故障识别
Identification of faulty FCB board

1. 电梯RDF模式,向下运行电梯至能上轿顶的位置,关闭主电源开关
(Elevator RDF mode, drive car down for car roofaccess,power off the elevator)
2. 进入轿顶,把此楼层的FCB换成有故障的FCB板
(Go to car
roof, replace current floor FCB board to the faulty FCB board)
3. 返回机房,电梯上电恢复正常模式,会出现L2003和L2030的故障
(Go to machine room, power on to normal mode, fault
code L2003 and L2030 will shows up)Note: 对于第三方保养,当出现故障代码L2003和L2030时,需要员工去每层查看是哪一层的FCB板出现了问题。对于通力员工,AMC工具中的故障代码提供了额外的信息,具体指出了哪层的FCB出现了问题
(For 3rd party maintenance,
need to search for which floor's FCB has the issue after L2003 and L2030occurs. But for KONE people, AMC tool provides additional data to show whichfloor’s FCB is faulty)厅门外呼按钮卡死故障
Landing call button stuck error

1. 电梯正常模式,按下顶楼的外呼按钮不松,大约60s后,会
出现故障代码L1701(Elevator normal mode, keep pressing thetop floor landing call button, after 60s, fault code L1701 shows up)
Note: 对于第三方保养,当出现故障代码L1701时,需要员工去每层查看是哪一
层出现按钮卡死,而对于通力员工,当有AMC工具时,AMC中的故障会显示出额外的信息,告诉员工是哪一层的上行还是下行按钮出现了问题。
(For 3rd party
maintenance, need to search for which floor has the issue after L1701 occurs.While for KONE people, AMC tool will provide additional data to show exactlywhich floor has the issue and which direction button is stuck)KCE电梯的板子更换(第三方)

Note: 1. KCECPU and KCEGCL parameters are pre-set in factory. Drive parameters are automatically restored when power isswitched on. KCECPU和KCEGCL的参数出厂已经设置好。驱动的参数在电梯上电后会自动下载。
2. KCEAPM need to set the phone number. OM could be referred(KCEAPM not used in CHN). KCEAPM板需要设置电话号码,可以参考OM,这块板国内是不用的。
KCEMSC板子更换
KCEMSC board replacement

1. 电梯断电,移除KCEMSC板子上的接线后,从DIN导轨上拆下板子,拆下FUI板
(Power off the elevator, unplug the
connectors off the KCEMSC, remove the board off the DIN rail,remove the FUI board from KCEMSC)
2. 设置新的MSC板子的DIP开关和旧板子一样的,安装FUI板,将新的MSC板装回,插头连接好
(Set the DIP switch in new
KCEMSC as the old, install the FUI board, fix the MSC back andplug the original connector)
3. 电梯上电,测试开关拨至263,根据故障代码进行排故:
· 如有必要按下复位按钮
· CPU菜单 5 – 5进行配对
· 井道自学习

(Power on the elevator, set Test Switch to 263, troubleshootingbased on the fault code, need to perform the Reset if necessary.Perform the pairing by 5 – 5 in CPU menu and shaft setup)
KCECPU板子更换
KCECPU board replacement

1. 电梯断电,断开KCECPU上的接线,拆下CPU板
(Power off
the elevator, remove the connectors off the CPU board, thendismantle the CPU board off the DIN rail)
2. 安装上新的CPU板,接好线,电梯上电,测试开关拨至
263
(Install the new CPU board to place,plug the connectors,
power on and set Test Switch to 263)
3. 进行井道自学习,电梯应可以运行
(Perform the Set Up, the
elevator could run, debug if fault codes happens)
Note: 演示更换的KCECPU板已经带参数。提供给第三方的CPU板是带参数的或
是通力提供技术支持。参数可以从旧板子中下载或是从PDM中下载。
(The
KCECPU board in simulation has been uploaded the parameters. For 3rd party,need to provide CPU board with parameters or KONE provide technical support.Parameter could be download from old board or from PDM)KCEGCL板子更换
KCEGCL board replacement

1. 电梯断电,断开KCEGCL上的接线,拆下GCL板 (Power off
the elevator, remove the connectors off the GCL board, thendismantle the GCL board off the DIN rail)
2. 安装上新的GCL板,接好线,电梯上电,测试开关拨至263
(Install the new GCL board to place,plug the connectors,
power on and set Test Switch to 263)
3. 群控功能已经正常,配对自动完成
(Group control function is
normal, pairing is automatically done)

演示更换的KCEGCL板已经带参数。提供给第三方的GCL板是带参数的或是通力提供技术支持。参数可以从旧板子中下载或是从PDM中下载。
